What you can't launch

Everyone confirms these before launching. Sites that break them are taken down, and wallets that break them are blocked.

1.
No impersonation
Don't pretend to be, or suggest you're endorsed by, a real person, company, brand, project or existing token. That includes copying their name, ticker, logo or look.

No promised returns
Don't promise profits, price targets, guaranteed returns, revenue sharing, dividends or ownership in anything. A memecoin is a memecoin.
3.
No fake giveaways or airdrops
No fake airdrops, claims, giveaways or "send ETH, get more back" offers.
4.
No phishing or wallet tricks
Never ask for seed phrases or private keys, trick people into signing transactions, or link to anything that does.
5.
No rug pulls or market manipulation
Don't launch planning to dump on buyers and disappear, and don't run pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading or other manipulation.
6.
No hate or harassment
Nothing that attacks people for who they are, and nothing that targets private individuals, such as doxxing or harassment.
7.
No sexual content involving minors, and no sexual deepfakes
Zero tolerance. This is reported to the authorities.
8.
Nothing illegal
No promotion of terrorism or violent extremism, no sale of illegal goods, and no content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
